Statement
I recently
left the Ishinryu Karate Association on amicable terms with Sensei Donovan. Ishinryu
has been a very big part of my life for many years but it is now time for me to pursue a new venture.
As
from 1st March 2009 I have formed my own association namely The Kaichou Kai Karate Association and I’m looking
forward to the challenges that lay ahead in it’s further development.
Kaichou
Kai’s hombu is located at the Rainham Dojo and other Kaichou clubs can be found in Grays & Ockendon. For details please see our web-link below.
Thank
you to everyone at Kaichou Kai for their support and enthusiasm. We are already
living up to the meaning of the Kaichou name ‘Strength in Unity’ and setting the example for new members to follow.
Finally,
I would like to wish Sensei Donovan and all my friends & colleagues at Ishinryu every success in the future.
